You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

When using AspireMed, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your profile, applications, experience reports, or application outcomes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through community features, discussion threads, or direct interactions
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform or extract data without prior written authorization
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, access controls, or premium feature restrictions
• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

3. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you submit to AspireMed, including profile information, posts, comments, and experience reports. By submitting content, you grant AspireMed a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the Platform.

Opportunity listings, organization profiles, and other content posted by institutions remain the property of their respective owners. The AspireMed name, logo, and all related branding are trademarks of AspireMed and may not be used without permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

AspireMed is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of opportunity listings, AI-generated recommendations, or community-contributed data.

AspireMed does not endorse any particular opportunity, institution, or program listed on the Platform. Users are responsible for independently verifying opportunity details, eligibility requirements, and application deadlines before applying.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AspireMed and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, missed deadlines, or reliance on AI-generated recommendations.
